ABOUT SHEILA STAR COULBOURN, HHP, CMT, RScP

I have been serving people in Southern California for over 25 years through classes and private Spiritual Counseling Sessions, Craniosacral Therapy, Lymphedema Therapy, Lymph Drainage Massage, Oncology & Geriatric Massage and Reiki.

Through my holistic health care practice, Triune Nature Body Care, I have come to understand that as healing happens on one level, it happens on all levels. Through the varied techniques mentioned above, I Sense with my hands, my Heart and my Vision what areas of the body, mind and spirit are out of balance.

My gentle touch and attention to the subtleties of energy allow me to sense what your body needs to relax into the healing that it wants. Through all the varied modalities of bodywork, I help facilitate a balanced body with you.

As a spiritual coach, I am committed to facilitating the healing of the wounds and the beliefs that create the negative conditions of life. I provide my clients with a safe, non-judgmental environment in which they can explore their lives, their fears and their pain and work to heal on all levels: Spirit, Mind and Body.

A session with me will help you to understand your problem and its cause. Through specialized guidance, using all of my training, you will be provided with a plan of action and you will be guided in the healing of your life and affairs through right thinking, right action and spiritual understanding.

I believe the Higher Consciousness within each individual is the True Healer. My work is to help facilitate the restoration of your health spiritually, emotionally, and physically.

I underwent 6 years of heavy chemo and Sheila’s excellent massages greatly reduced painful side effects, such as neuropathy. I currently get massaged to counteract the aches and pains and fatigue from proton therapy. Sheila has been a Godsend. I wouldn’t want to fight this battle without her help.
