Helping

As a Personal Assistant / Care Manager, I help maintain order in your household. As a Patient Advocate, I work on behalf of patients and elders to navigate through life changes and difficult choices.

Teaching

I teach methods to help ease the aging process and handle life lessons. I also teach classes about healthy lifestyles and minimizing cognitive decline.
